0.5 oz Chunk Light In Water Tuna
8.53 slice 100% Whole Wheat Bread
1 cup, diced Celery
1 tsp Celery Seed
2 medium (4-1/8" long) Onions, Spring Or Scallions
1 serving Mayo

Recipe Directions for 3 Nature's Pride 100c/sl tuna w/1ccelery, 2scallion

Drain tuna then empty into bowl. Begin toasting 2/6 Nature's Pride whole wheat (100cal/sl). Sprinkle celery seed over tuna in bowl. dice and add 1c celery to bowl. Add 1tsbp Hellman's olive oil mayo to bowl; stir. Distribute evenly over 3 toast.
