Recipe Ingredients for 3-minute Low Carb Chocolate Cake

1 serving (NOW) Almond Flour
2 tbsp Salted Butter
1 tbsp Cocoa, Dry Powder, Unsweetened
4 tsp SPLENDA No Calorie
1 large Egg, Whole
0.25 Teaspoon Baking Powder
14 grams Water

Recipe Directions for 3-minute Low Carb Chocolate Cake

  1. In a 2-cup microwaveable bowl, mix almond flour, cocoa powder, Splenda and baking powder using a fork.

  2. Melt butter, add to dry ingredients along with water and eggs. Mix with spoon or fork until well combined.

  3. Cover with plastic wrap, puncture a small slit over the center and microwave on high for 1 minute and 20 seconds.

  4. Cool down and serve, or serve warm with some whipped cream on top.
