Recipe Ingredients for 3-Minute Cookie

1/4 cup oats
1/8 cup liquid egg whites
2 tsp brown sugar
2 tsp all-purpose flour
1/4 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 tsp baking powder
1/8 cup Raisins
1/4 tsp Cinnamon

Recipe Directions for 3-Minute Cookie

  1. Combine all ingredients.

  2. Scrape batter off the sides of the bowl and flatten into a cookie shape.

  3. Cook in microwave for 45 seconds.

  4. Allow to cool and enjoy!
