1/4 cup shredded cheddar
2 tbsp onion
2 tbsp bell pepper

  1. Beat egg whites

  2. Heat non stick fry pan over medium heat

  3. Spray generously with cooking spray

  4. Add egg whites and let cook, lifting sides to allow excess on top to slide to bottom

  5. Top with cheese, onion and bell pepper

  6. Fold omelet
