1 Egg Yolk

Recipe Directions for 3 Egg White and 1 Yolk Omlet

  1. Separate 2 whites from eggs.

  2. Add 1 more egg, whole.

  3. Beat egg mixture

  4. Heat nonstick skillet over medium heat.

  5. Stir in egg mixture, shuffling with spatula and moving the pan around to cover the pan evenly while allowing the egg to thicken.

  6. Add ingredients (optional)

  7. Fold and serve.
