Recipe Ingredients for 3 Egg Veggie & Jack Cheese Omlet

3 medium Egg, Whole
1 tbsp chopped Onions
1 oz Pepper Jack Cheese
2 tbsp Peppers, Sweet, Red

Recipe Directions for 3 Egg Veggie & Jack Cheese Omlet

  1. Cook the peppers and onion (and any other veggies you'd like) in some pam spray until the onions are transluscent.

  2. Scramble the eggs and pour on top of the veggies. Add jack sheese. Cook until eggs are firm.
