Denver omelet with red pepper, green onion, ham and swiss cheese

Recipe Ingredients for 3 egg denver omelet

150 grams One Dozen
2 tbsp Peppers, Sweet, Red
1 medium (4-1/8" long) Onions, Spring Or Scallions
0.12 cup, shredded Swiss Cheese
0.12 cup Pork, Cured, Ham, Boneless, Regular
1 tbsp Butter

Recipe Directions for 3 egg denver omelet

  1. chop the filling ingredients and saute in small amt of the butter. place aside.

  2. whip your eggs and add a splash of water. pour into a nonstick skillet with rest of the butter. let set and flip.

  3. place filling on 1/2 and shred the cheese over the filling. fold over half and let cheese melt.
