Recipe Ingredients for 3-Bean and Turkey Soup

16 oz Ground Turkey, 93% Lean
48 oz Natural Goodness Chicken Broth
2 cup Corn, Sweet, Yellow
1 cup, chopped Peppers, Sweet, Red
1 medium Orange Hothouse Bell Pepper
1 cup, chopped Onions
4 clove Garlic
2 tbsp Olive Oil
15 oz Beans, Kidney, Red, Mature Seeds, Canned
15 oz Beans, Pinto, Mature Seeds, Canned
30 oz Beans, Black, Mature Seeds

Recipe Directions for 3-Bean and Turkey Soup

  1. Brown Turkey, garlic and chopped onion w/ 1T olive oil

  2. Chop bell peppers and lightly saute with corn and rest of oil

  3. Pour beans into a colander and rinse well

  4. Mix all together in pot with chicken broth. Let simmer 45 minutes

  5. Add salt and pepper to taste
