Another great chili recipe! This one uses turkey and a whole lotta beans.

Recipe Ingredients for 3 Bean Turkey Chili

1 3/10 lb (20 oz) fat free ground turkey breast
1 small onion, chopped
28 oz diced tomatoes
16 oz tomato sauce
4 1/2 oz chopped chilies, drained
15 oz chickpeas, undrained
15 1/2 oz black beans, undrained
15 1/2 oz red beans, undrained
2 tbsp chili powder

Recipe Directions for 3 Bean Turkey Chili

  1. Brown turkey and onion in a medium skillet over medium high heat until cooked through.

  2. Drain any fat remaining and transfer to crock pot. Add the beans, chilies, chickpeas tomatoes, tomato sauce and chili powder mixing well.

  3. Cook on high 6-8 hours.

  4. Garnish with onions, cilantro and cheese and enjoy!
