1 1/2 cups chickpeas
10 ounces Black Beans
10 ounces Kidney Beans
1/2 lb. ground turkey
2 small onions
1 tbsp olive oil
1 teaspoon cumin
1 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon hot sauce
2 ounces peppers
6 ounces tomato paste

  2. sautee in oil

  3. add ground turkey

  4. cook

  5. add spices

  6. add beans

  7. add tomato paste

  9. simmer for 20 minutes
