Recipe Ingredients for 3 Bean Salad

7 oz white kidney beans
7 oz red kidney beans
7 oz garbanzo beans
1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
1/5 cup olive oil
2 tsp brown sugar
1/4 red onion
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/4 tsp chopped flat leaf parsley
1/4 tsp chopped rosemary
1/8 tsp salt

Recipe Directions for 3 Bean Salad

  1. I used half the 15 oz can of each type of bean.

  2. mix beans, onion and fresh herbs together

  3. in a separate bowl mix oil, vinegar, sugar (should be to taste-use more or less if desired), salt and pepper (whisking helps to emulsify dressing)

  4. pour dressing over bean mixture.

  5. cover and refrigerate for an hour or more
