Recipe Ingredients for 3 bean salad

540 ml (390g) chickpeas,drained
398 ml (390g) kidney beans, drained
4 tsp olive oil or to taste
8 tbsp balsamic vinegar or to taste
50 g fresh parsley, chopped
50 g sweet onion, chopped
2 tsp black pepper or to taste
3 tbsp basil (from a tube)
2 tbsp cilantro (from a tube)
6 cups green beans

Recipe Directions for 3 bean salad

blend together- sit overnight watch the spice content- could be too much here as some goes into th echicken marinara portion
