Recipe Ingredients for 3 Bean Salad

16 oz garbanzo beans
16 oz cut green beans
16 oz kidney beans
1 vidalia onion
2 stalks celery
1 c vinegar
1/4 c olive oil
5 t splenda
1 dash kosher salt
1 fresh ground pepper

Recipe Directions for 3 Bean Salad

  1. drain and rinse all beans, mix gently

  2. thinly slice onion

  3. chop celery

  4. mix olive oil and vinegar with splenda

  5. add salt and pepper to taste

  6. mix everything and marinate several hours or overnight before serving.
