Recipe Ingredients for 3-Bean Salad

10 oz Frozen Lima Beans
15 oz Beans, Kidney, Red, Mature Seeds, Canned
9 oz Frozen Cut Green Beans
8 oz Mushrooms
38 oz Tomatoes
1/4 cup, chopped Onions, Spring Or Scallions
2/3 cup Lemon Juice
1/3 cup Sugars, Granulated
2 2/3 oz Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 1/4 tsp Salt, Table
1 serving Premium Selection Italian Seasoning
1/2 tsp, ground Basil, Dried
1/2 tsp Pepper, Black

Recipe Directions for 3-Bean Salad

  1. SALAD:

  2. 1 (10 ounce) package frozen lima beans

  3. 1 (15 ounce) can kidney beans, rinsed and drained

  4. 1 (9 ounce) package frozen cut green beans, thawed

  5. 8 ounces fresh mushrooms, sliced

  6. 1 pint cherry tomatoes, halved

  7. 1/4 cup thinly sliced green onions

  8. DRESSING:

  9. 2/3 cup lemon juice

  10. 1/3 cup sugar

  11. 1/3 cup olive or vegetable oil

  12. 1 1/4 teaspoons salt

  13. 3/4 teaspoon Italian seasoning

  14. 1/2 teaspoon dried basil

  15. 1/2 teaspoon pepper

  16. Cook lima beans according to package directions. Rinse in cold water; drain and place in a medium bowl. Add kidney and green beans, mushrooms, tomatoes and onions. Combine dressing ingredients. Pour over salad; mix gently to coat. Cover and chill for at least 5 hours, stirring occasionally.
