Recipe Ingredients for 3-bean cassoulet

43 1/2 oz Tomatoes Diced No Salt Added
1 cup chopped yellow onion
1/2 cup chopped celery
1 cup chopped carrot
2 tbsp minced garlic
1 tsp basil
2 tsp cilantro
1/4 tsp bay leaf
1/2 tsp thyme
1/4 tsp pepper
1 lb Select Dried Great Northern Beans
8 oz Beans Pinto
4 oz Beans Black

Recipe Directions for 3-bean cassoulet

  1. Soak beans overnight, cook to desired tenderness.

  2. Put all ingredients into slow-cooker. Cook on low for 4-6 hours.

  3. If you don't have a large enough crock-pot, you can put this into a casserole dish and bake at 350 for an hour.
