13 1/4 oz Whole Wheat Rotini
16 oz Bush's reduced sodium garbanzo beans
15 1/2 oz Pinto Beans
26 1/2 oz Bush's black beans
2 tbs Chili Powder
1/2 tsp Chili Powder
1/2 tsp Cumin
2 dash Salt
1/2 Green Pepper, diced
4 tbs Milled Flax Seed
2 tbs Olive Oil
1 tsp Cayenne
2 cups Ham
