A quick, easy snack or dessert that won't break your calorie budget! Called 3-2-1 because you mix 3 T of mix with 2 T water and cook for 1 minute.These individual little cakes are amazing and ready to eat in one minute! They are perfect for whenever you feel like a treat without all the fat and calories that cake can have. Genius idea! I am somewhat guessing at how many servings.

Recipe Ingredients for 3-2-1 Coffee Mug Cake Mix

16 oz. angel food cake mix
15 1/4 oz. lemon cake mix

Recipe Directions for 3-2-1 Coffee Mug Cake Mix

  1. Sift together one box of any flavor Cake Mix with one box of Angel Food Mix. Sifting keeps them from lumping. Place the mixture in a Ziplock bag or other airtight container.

  2. For 1 serving, take 3 Tbsp. of the cake mix combination and mix it with 2 Tbsp. water in a small microwave-safe

  3. container - a coffee mug works well. Microwave on high for 1 minute, (3-2-1) and you have your own instant little cake!

  4. You can top each cake with a dollop of whipped topping

  5. and/or some fresh fruit. KEEP stored in the Ziploc bag and use whenever you feel like a treat!

  6. TRY any flavor of cake mix. Just remember that one of the mixes has to be the angel food mix.
