Recipe Ingredients for $250 chocolate chip cookies -Healthy Version

1/2 c coconut oil
3/4 c white beans
2/3 c sugar
2/3 c brown sugar
1 t vanilla
2 eggs
1 3/4 c whole wheat flour
1 t baking soda
2 1/2 c oatmeal
1/2 t salt
3 oz milk chocolate chips
1 t baking powder
1 c semi sweet chocolate chips

Recipe Directions for $250 chocolate chip cookies -Healthy Version

  1. puree white beans.

  2. Mis beans, coconut oil, sugars, eggs and vanilla.

  3. add flour, salt, soda, powder.

  4. Blend oats and milk chocolate to a powder.

  5. Add to flour mixture.

  6. Stir in Chocolate chips

  7. dough will be stickier than traditional dough due to the beans.

  8. Bake at 375 for 10 minutes.
