Turkey Wrap with lettuce, tomatoes, cucumbers.

Recipe Ingredients for 250 Cal 9 inch Turkey Wrap

70 g sliced turkey breast, 3 slices
72 g Tortilla, whole wheat 9"
1 tsp mayonnaise or miracle whip
1/3 tsp dijon mustard
1/6 tomato, diced
1/10 cucumber, peeled and diced
1/3 cup iceberg lettuce
1/16 tsp pepper, to taste

Recipe Directions for 250 Cal 9 inch Turkey Wrap

  1. Mix mayo, mustard, salt, pepper and tabasco (optional).

  2. Spread on Tortilla and top with remaining ingredients.

  3. Warm in toaster oven for a few minutes.

  4. Cheese and Red Onions optional. Using Mayo substitute will lower calories.
