Because Calorie Count's Recipe Builder STINKS - I have had to enter this for a third time. The second time it only recorded carrots & onions, and claimed that they cost 114 calories. For GOD's SAKE, please fix your meal builder so I can stop using this monstrous disaster!

Recipe Ingredients for 2012-07-28--Jim's Breakfast Hash-03

16 oz Beef, Ground, 85% Lean Meat / 15% Fat, Crumbles
6 oz Celery
3 oz Broccoli, Cooked
6 oz Cauliflower
7 oz Carrots
3 oz Onions, Spring Or Scallions
1 unit, cooked (yield from 1 lb raw meat) Pork, Cured, Bacon
6 egg Cage Free All Natural Large Egg
32 oz Potatoes
2 tsp Garlic Powder
3 tsp Paprika
3 tsp Ginger, Ground

Recipe Directions for 2012-07-28--Jim's Breakfast Hash-03

  1. Brown the beef w/ some of the spices.

  2. Stir-fry the potatoes in oil & some of the spices

  3. Add the vegetables to the potatoes and continue cooking until desired tenderness.

  4. Scramble the eggs w/ pepper and some of the spices.

  5. Mix everything together in a big pot, then simmer until heated through.

  6. Add cheese, mix again.

  7. Serve
