Recipe Ingredients for 20 Minute Skillet Salmon

4 serving Full Circle Wild Caught Salmon Fillets
4 oz Cream Cheese Neufchatel 1/3 Less Fat
1 cup Fat Free Milk
1/2 cup slices Cucumber
1 oz Dill Weed, Fresh
1 serving Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Recipe Directions for 20 Minute Skillet Salmon

  1. HEAT oil in large skillet on medium-high heat. Add salmon; cook 5 minutes on each side or until fish flakes easily with fork. Remove from skillet. Cover with foil.

  2. MIX milk and cream cheese spread in skillet until well blended. Stir in cucumber and dill. Return salmon to skillet. Cook 2 minutes or until heated through.
