Recipe Ingredients for 20 minute chili

1 lb ground lean turkey
14 oz diced tomato
5 oz onion
5 oz green pepper
250 grams pinto beans
1 tsp cayenne pepper
1 tsp chili powder
1 tsp dried hot pepper
3 tbsp garlic
1 tbsp cilantro
1 tbsp garlic powder
1 tsp black pepper
1 tbs paprika

Recipe Directions for 20 minute chili

Brown ground turkey and onions over med-high. Drain. Add garlic, green peppers, and spices. Cook over medium, stirring occasionally for 5 minutes. Add beans and tomatoes. Mix well. Cover but tilt lid slightly. Simmer over med-low heat for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
