Really quick and easy chili recipe

Recipe Ingredients for 20 minute Chili

1 lb beef, ground
2 1/2 cups Ro*Tel Diced Tomatoes & Green Chilies
1 1/2 cups white rice
2 cups water
3 1/2 cups beans, chili

Recipe Directions for 20 minute Chili

  1. put the rice, beans, tomatoes, and water into a pot to boil, set stove to medium high and cook for approximately 20 min stirring occasionally.

  2. brown the ground beef in a pan and drain the excess grease.

  3. add beef to pot, let simmer for an extra 2-3 minutes if the rice has already cooked, otherwise just let the rice finish cooking.

  4. let cool for 3-4 minutes.
