Recipe Ingredients for 2-Potato Mash

1 medium potato
1 medium sweet potato
1 large onion
1 garlic clove
2 cups carrots

Recipe Directions for 2-Potato Mash

  1. Peel potatoes and cut into uniform cubes. Chop onion, mince garlic clove and slice carrots. Combine all into a pot with water and boil until all are tender.

  2. Mash with some cooking water or use immersion blender for a smoother puree.

  3. Add salt & pepper (or red pepper) to taste.
