Recipe Ingredients for 2% Velveeta Chile con Queso dip (1/4 cup serving)

2 green onions, chopped
4 oz green chile, diced
1 cup ripe tomatoes, chopped
2 tbsp olive oil
1 dash garlic powder
1 cup reduced fat milk
8 oz. Light Velveeta, cubed

Recipe Directions for 2% Velveeta Chile con Queso dip (1/4 cup serving)

Saute onions (and green chile if fresh) in olive oil until tender. Add tomato and can of green chile. Saute about 30 seconds. Add milk and Velveeta. Stir over med-low heat until cheese is melted. Serve as dip for side or pour over as sauce.
