Recipe Ingredients for 2-Minute Sandwich Bread

1 egg, large
1 T canola oil
1 1/2 T applesauce, unsweetened
1/16 tsp salt
2 1/2 T brown rice flour
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp sugar

Recipe Directions for 2-Minute Sandwich Bread

  1. Beat egg in a small bowl until nearly uniform in color.

  2. Add ingredients and mix to combine.

  3. Spray a 2-cup bowl with nonstick spray.

  4. Pour batter into bowl and tap to level batter.

  5. Microwave on high for 2 minutes. Bread will rise, then settle

  6. Remove and slice in half horizontally.
