This 2-Minute Carrot Salad takes longer to eat than it does to make.

Recipe Ingredients for 2 Minute Carrot Salad

1 pound carrots
1 tbsp. oil
1 tsp. vinegar
2 tsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. soy sauce
1 pinch of salt
2 tbsp. white raisins

Recipe Directions for 2 Minute Carrot Salad

  1. Grate or chop the carrots

  2. Mix oil, vinegar, sugar, soy sauce, salt and raisins in a small bowl to make the dressing.

  3. Toss the above dressing with the pre-cut vegetables.
