Recipe Ingredients for 2 man dan

2 lbs beef, lean no fat
3 cups onions, coarse chopped
2 cups zuchini, sliced thick
1 head chinese cabbage, small
1 1/2 cups green bell pepper, chopped
1/2 cup mushrooms, course chopped
14 ounces tomatoes, canned chopped
14 ounces tomatoes, italian canned chopped
32 ounces chicken broth, no fat
1 1/2 lb potatoes, white skinless
