1 oz Singles Pudding Mix
1 oz Singles Pudding Mix
3/4 cup Milk, Reduced Fat, Fluid, 2% Milkfat
1/4 cup Milk, Reduced Fat, Fluid, 2% Milkfat
24 oz Whipped Topping Lite
1/4 fruit without seeds Lemons
2 packet SPLENDA No Calorie
2 oz Cream Cheese Neufchatel 1/3 Less Fat
1 crust Ready Crust Reduced Fat Graham

Recipe Directions for 2 Layer Lemon Vanilla Pudding Pie

  1. 1 Keebler Ready Crust Reduced Fat Graham

  2. 1 pkg (1 oz) JELL-O Sugar-Free Lemon Flavor Instant Pudding

  3. 1 pkg (1 oz) JELL-O Sugar-Free Vanilla Flavor Instant Pudding

  4. cup 2% cold milk

  5. 2 tbsp 2% cold milk

  6. 3 cup low fat Cool Whip

  7. 2 oz low-fat Neufchatel Cream Cheese

  8. 1 tsp Lemon Zest

  9. 2 packets Splenda

  10. BEFORE starting, make sure the cream cheese has been sitting out, and is VERY soft.

  11. BEAT pudding mix**, 3/4 cup milk and zest in medium bowl with whisk 2 min. (Pudding will be very thick.) Stir in 1 cups COOL WHIP. Spread onto bottom of crust.

  12. BEAT cream cheese, remaining milk and splenda packets in separate medium bowl. Stir in remaining COOL WHIP. Spread over pudding layer in crust.

  13. Refrigerate for 1-2 hours before eating.

  14. **You can play around with the flavor for more lemony or more vanilla by adding most of one packet and not the other. We like it more lemon, so I only use half the vanilla packet.
