Recipe Ingredients for 2 egg omlette with red pepper, onion, and tomato

2 organic large eggs
1/4 c organic cheddar cheese
1 small tomato
1/2 small onion
1 small red pepper
1/2 tbs butter

Recipe Directions for 2 egg omlette with red pepper, onion, and tomato

  1. Put eggs in a warm water bath for 5-10 minutes

  2. 1/3 of thebutter, cook onions, red pepper, and onion until soft. move to a plate, wipe down pan

  3. beat eggs,

  4. put rest of butter into pan, and let melt, pour the eggs into the panpan, mix for 5-10 seconds, swirl egg around pan, walk away for 10 seconds, loosen edges, add the toppings.

  5. Use a 10-12 inch pan.
