1 large Egg, Whole
1 large Egg, White
1 large Egg, White
1 1tsp Olive Oil
1 serving Creamy Cheese Fat Free
0.25 cup, chopped Peppers, Sweet, Red
2 medium Mushrooms

Recipe Directions for 2 EGG OMELETE (1WHOLE, 1WHITE)

  1. Warm oil in skillet.

  2. Saute pepper and mushroom with some garlic.

  3. Beat whole and egg white and add to skillet.

  4. Add cream cheese and fold over in pan and serve.
