Tasty and satisfying omelet with peppers and onions.

Recipe Ingredients for 2 Egg Omelet

2 large eggs
23 g cheese
1/2 cup red peppers, chopped
1/4 cup onions, chopped
1/8 cup milk
1/2 tsp extra virgin olive oil

Recipe Directions for 2 Egg Omelet

Spray frying pan with EVOO spritzer. Grill peppers and onions and put aside. Beat eggs and milk, then place over medium heat in a frying pan until fairy cooked. Flip over eggs and spread grated cheese. Place grilled veggies on half of the omelet, fold over and grill for another one or two minutes to allow the cheese to melt. Serve immediately.
