Recipe Ingredients for 2-egg GL jalapeno omelet w/1oz ham

2 egg Eggs
1 ounces Ham, Sliced, Regular
1/4 cup chopped Scallions
1 oz Cheese

Recipe Directions for 2-egg GL jalapeno omelet w/1oz ham

Start pan on medium heat. Add chopped ham. Break 2 eggs in cup and beat; add 2 chopped scallions. Pour egg evenly over ham. Replace lid. When egg is firm, carefully flip with spatula and add cheese. Sprinkle Old Bay, if desired. Cover with lid, reduce heat to low, set timer to 2 minutes.
