This makes 2 cheese pizzas with leftover sauce maybe.

Recipe Ingredients for 2 Cheese Pizza's

4 cups all purpose flour
1 tsp salt
3 1/2 cups warm water
1 package dry active yeast
1 tbsp white sugar
1 tblsp olive oil
12 ounce hunts tomato paste
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 tbsp brown sugar
1/4 tsp thyme
1/4 tsp oregano
1/4 tsp dried sweet basil
1 tbsp chile powder
12 ounce water
2 cups mozzarella

Recipe Directions for 2 Cheese Pizza's

  1. Mix flour salt and sugar and start mixer

  2. Combine warm water oil and yeast and let rest for a minute.

  3. slowly mix in liquids and mix until well incorporated.

  4. pull dough out and split into 2 half.

  5. Place each dough ball in a lightly oiled bowl of thier own and cover in a warm place for atleast 2 hours or until they have doubled in size.

  6. while waiting for the dough to rize you can prepair the sauce.

  7. combine teh tom. paste, basil, brown sugar, oregano, thyme, garlic, and chile powder into a small pot. fill the tom. paste can with water and pour that into the pot as well and bring to a boil. shut the heat off and let it cool until the dough is ready.

  8. Pre heat oven to 500 or as high as you can get it with the pizza stone or whatever you are using to cook your pizza on in the oven while it preheats.

  9. roll the dough out as close to a circle as possible and put some sauce on, just enough to cover it lightly, and cover with 1 cup shredded mozzarella.

  10. slide pizza onto the pizza pan and keep an eye on it for about 10-15 minutes until the cheese begins to brown. let col and eat
