Recipe Ingredients for 2-Bean Salad with Taragon Dressing

1/2 lb frozen green beans
15 oz Garbanzo Beans Canned
1 cup chopped tomatoes
4 oz Artichoke Hearts
2 tbsp sliced olives
1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
2 tsp Stoneground Mustard
1 tsp maple syrup
1 clove garlic
1/4 tsp salt
1/8 tsp black pepper
1 tsp tarragon

Recipe Directions for 2-Bean Salad with Taragon Dressing

  1. Blend last 7 ingredients to make dressing and set aside.

  2. Thaw green beans. Drain garbanzos, artichoke hearts and olives. Combine all veggies and mix with dressing.
