Recipe Ingredients for 2 Bean Salad

24 oz kidney beans
12 oz navy beans
4 tbsp olive oil
1/4 cup red wine vinegar
4 tbsp white vinegar
1/2 lb cherry tomatoes
1/2 lb tomatoes
1 red onion
2 cloves garlic
1 tbsp pepper
1 tbsp kosher salt
2 tbsp lime juice

Recipe Directions for 2 Bean Salad

  1. Rinse and Drain beans thoroughly

  2. Chop tomatoes into small chunks

  3. Dice onion

  4. Grate garlic cloves

  5. Combine all ingredients

  6. Refrigerate
