Good with a salad or as a side with burgers etc. Easy and quick to make.

Recipe Ingredients for 2 Bean Salad

15 oz black beans
15 oz red kidney beans
1/2 onion
1/2 red bell pepper
1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
3 tbsp balsamic vinegar
2 tbsp dried cilantro
1 tsp garlic powder
1 dash salt
1 dash pepper

Recipe Directions for 2 Bean Salad

  1. drain and rinse beans, place in bowl.

  2. chop onion and bell pepper, add to bowl.

  3. add remaining ingredients, stir.

  4. add more balsamic vinegar or salt/ pepper to taste.

  5. Chill in fridge and serve.
