8 tbsp balsamic vinegar or to taste
50 g fresh parsley, chopped
50 g sweet onion, chopped
2 tsp black pepper or to taste
3 tbsp basil (from a tube)
2 tbsp cilantro (from a tube)
100 g broccoli
