This is the first time I have tried making hummus at home. I think if I were to make it again I would cut back on the cumin a bit and only use 1 or 2 small cloves of garlic. Actually, I would like to try using dill instead of the cumin. It turned out really good! I just prefer it less garlicky. A very good base recipe to fallow that you can change up to try different varieties (eg: add tomato, or use a different type of legume, add other veggies, add cheese, try different spices - the possibilities are endless!!).

Recipe Ingredients for 1st Attempt at Hummus

3 cloves garlic
1/2 tsp cumin

Recipe Directions for 1st Attempt at Hummus

  1. Drain chick peas
