Recipe Ingredients for 18 Chip Nachos

1.48 oz Restaurant Style Tortilla Chips
0.988 oz Colby and Monterey Jack Cheese
1.139 oz Pace Picante Sauce
1.5 tbsp Cream, Sour, Cultured
4 slices Jalapeno Peppers
1 oz Green Leaf Lettuce
0.25 Medium Tomatoes

Recipe Directions for 18 Chip Nachos

  1. Place 18 unbroken round tortilla chips in a single layer on a medium sized oven proof plate. Sprinkle cheese on top. (It's a lot of cheese)

  2. Bake in hot oven for 3 to 5 min. or until chips are hot and cheese is melted. Finish under broiler.

  3. Serve with salsa, sour cream, sliced jalepenos, chopped tomato and shredded lettuce.

  4. NOTE: Do not microwave! You must bake this to bring out the best flavor and texture of the chips and cheese! It really makes a HUGE difference!
