Classic Breakfast Sandwich. Can be less than 170 cal (my English muffin is 90, not 100 cals, and my Egg whites are 40, not 45 cals for 1/3 cup, for a total of 155 cals).

1 Thomas' 100 Calorie Original English Muffin
5.33 tablespoons Egg Substitute - Egg Whites (1/3 cup)
1 slice Jenny-O Extra Lean Turkey Bacon
1 tsp Dejon Mustard
1 tsp hot sauce

  1. Make the eggs - fold them into an english muffin sized area

  2. toast the english muffin

  3. make the bacon in the microwave - break in half for 2 pieces

  4. spread mustard and squirt hot sauce on the muffin

  5. put them all together.
