1 large Onions
0.25 head, small (about 4-1/2" dia) Cabbage
4 serving Tomatoes, Diced with Green Chiles (Haggen)
1 serving Chicken Broth, Organic Low Sodium (Trader Joes)
0.3 cup fresh Parsley

1/2 breast, bone and skin removed Chicken, Breast, Meat Only
1 cup, chopped or diced Chicken, Breast, Meat Only

Recipe Directions for 17-Day Diet Chicken-Vegetable Soup

Place all veggies in large pan and simmer in Pam until onions are translucent and flavors are coming out. Add diced tomatoes and chicken broth and simmer about 30 minutes until vegetables are tender. Meanwhile cook chicken breasts in skillet with a little Pam. After browning lightly on all sides, turn heat to low andsimmer, covered, until breasts are cooked through (about 10 minutes). Cool chicken so it can be handled, then dice into small chunks. Add chicken to vegetables and stock; Heat thoroughly. Serves 4.
