No, it doesn't take 17 days to make this, but it is 17 day diet friendly!! : )

Recipe Ingredients for 17 day Chili

790 2 packages lean ground turkey
70 one slice of a huge onion onion
1 red pepper
680 ml tomato sauce (1 can)
89 about 10 or so baby carrots grated carrots
2 tbsp chilli powder

Recipe Directions for 17 day Chili

  1. Brown onion and ground turkey.

  2. Add one tbsp chilli powder

  3. Add red pepper (once ground turkey is pretty much browned) fry until tender.

  4. Add tomato sauce, carrots and remaining chilli powder.

  5. Simmer for at least 20 minutes.
