3 serving 17 Bean and Barley soup mix
0.5 medium raw Onion Red
1 cup, chopped Carrots
1 cup, diced Celery
1 cup Spinach
4 serving Natural Foods - Organic Vegetable Broth

Recipe Directions for 17 Bean, Barley, Veg Soup

Soak beans overnight, drain, rinse, and bring to a boil with broth and additional seasonings (savory, marjoram, sage). Reduce heat and simmer covered for 45 minutes. Add in chopped vegetables, except spinach, and simmer another 15 minutes. Turn off the heat, add in chopped spinach and salt and pepper to taste.
