Recipe Ingredients for 16 Bean Jalapeno Soup

1 1/2 cup 16 Bean Soup Mix
3 1tsp Olive Oil
4 fl oz Organic Vegetable Broth
60 grams Spinach
1 carrot (7-1/2") Carrots
1 stalk, large (11"-12" long) Celery
1/2 slice, medium (1/8" thick) Onions
2 clove Garlic
2 pepper Peppers, Jalapeno
12 oz Water
1 tomatoe

Recipe Directions for 16 Bean Jalapeno Soup

cook ingredients in oil from smallest to largest. Add 1/2 cup broth. Add spinach. After spinach cooks down add beans which have soaked overnight and drained. Bring to boil then simmer until beans are tender. Serve
