1 red bell pepper, quartered
1 green bell pepper, quartered
1 tbs. olive oil

Recipe Directions for 1574 Vegetables: Grilled Bell Peppers

  1. Slice bell peppers in quarters and remove seeds and pith.

  2. Place in plastic bag.

  3. Add olive oil and salt and pepper to taste.

  4. Rotate to coat.

  5. Grill.
