All vegetables are sliced very thinly with a mandolin. Gives great volume and makes it elegant.

Recipe Ingredients for 1574 Tart Filling: Onion, Zucc, Tomato, Feta

1 onion
1 zucchini
1 tomato
2 eggs
1 c. half and half
4 oz. feta
8 olives
1/4 c. basil leaves
2 tbs. parmesan cheese, grated
1 tbs. olive oil

Recipe Directions for 1574 Tart Filling: Onion, Zucc, Tomato, Feta

Slice all veg with a mandolin and place in artistic pattern in bottom of tart shell. Mix eggs and half and half together and pour all over veg. Top with feta and sliced olives and basil leaves. Sprinkle olive oil all over top. Sprinkle parmesan cheese over top. Bake at 375 for 35 minutes or until desired bubbliness and crust color.
