8 oz. bison, ground
1/2 c. couscous
1 carrot, minced
1 green onion, minced
1/2 c. tomato sauce
1/2 c. chicken stock
3 bell peppers

Recipe Directions for 1574 Stuffed Bell Peppers w/Buffalo

  1. Brown ground buffalo, drain, add couscous, carrot, onion, tomato sauce and a splash of chicken stock and cook until couscous is done.

  2. Stuff everything in bell peppers.

  3. Bake 350 degrees for 30 minutes until peppers are soft and meat mixture is hot.
