6 oz roast beef
6 red potatoes, small
1 celery stalk
6 oz. carrots
1 yellow onion
6 c. beef broth
6 tbs. half and half

Recipe Directions for 1574 Soup: Pot Roast Soup

Take all the leftovers from your pot roast and finely chop everything up. Remove any solidified fat. Put into soup pot with all the aus jus. Add a quart of beef stock and heat through. Just before serving, you can add a shot of 1/2-n-1/2 for extra richness.
