Stratas w/croissants, basil, mozzarella & tomatoes

Recipe Ingredients for 1574 Caprese Stratas

8 eggs, beaten
1 c. milk
1 salt and pepper to taste
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
5 oz. Mozzarella, 1-inch cubes
16 cherry tomatoes
32 fresh basil leaves
8 croissants

Recipe Directions for 1574 Caprese Stratas

Beat eggs w/milk. Add salt, pepper and nutmeg. Distribute and tear croissnats between 8 ramekins or oven-proof bowls. Do the same w/balance of ingredients. Pour the egg mixture evenly over stratas and bake in an oven preheated to 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes. Serve warm.
